What happened. Sarasota-based Arrow Environmental Services acquired Lakeland pest control operator Bruce Pest Control in December 2012, one of two Lakeland-area pest control acquisitions the company made that month as part of a broader expansion into Central Florida (Naples, Lakeland, Crystal River) and Atlanta. Deal terms were not disclosed. The two Lakeland deals together were reported to add about 15 employees to Arrow's Lakeland presence.
