Comfort Systems USA acquires Tampa Bay mechanical contractor BCH Mechanical

What happened. NYSE-listed Comfort Systems USA acquired BCH Holdings, Inc., parent of Tampa Bay mechanical contractor BCH Mechanical, in a deal expected to add $100-110 million of annual revenue. BCH provides HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, piping, sheet metal, LEED and design-build services to industrial, medical and commercial customers across ten southeastern states. Comfort Systems CEO Brian Lane called BCH 'a premier mechanical contractor, providing extraordinary outcomes for its customers in industrial, medical and commercial markets,' and BCH president Daryl Blume said 'Comfort Systems USA shares our core beliefs, including customer value, innovation and employee growth.' Comfort Systems guided the deal to be neutral to slightly accretive to EPS over 12-18 months. Price was not disclosed; FMI Capital Advisors was exclusive financial adviser to BCH.
