Service Experts acquires Clearwater's Midway Services, founded 1957
What happened. Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning acquired Midway Services, a Clearwater residential plumbing, electrical, remodeling and HVAC contractor founded in 1957 and serving the Tampa Bay and Clearwater markets. The deal was announced alongside acquisitions of Admiral Plumbing Services of Jupiter and The Pink Plumber, which operated in Atlanta, Tampa and Dallas. VP of business development Todd Berkland said the company was 'excited for these opportunities as we expand our footprint to offer plumbing services to our valued customers in Southeast Florida and Atlanta.' Together the three companies added roughly 247 employees and 184 service vehicles, taking Service Experts to 94 US and Canadian locations. Terms were not disclosed.
