Silver Oak Services Partners recapitalized North American Roofing Services, the Tampa-headquartered national commercial re-roofing contractor, which had a peak staff of roughly 475 at the time. CEO Kelly Wade said the team was 'excited to partner with Silver Oak to execute on our long-term growth plan,' with investment earmarked for crew capacity, sales, marketing and IT. Silver Oak managing partner Dan Gill described NAR as one of few re-roofing providers able to service the entire country. Terms were not disclosed.
