Strikepoint acquires Largo-based Paradise Air, its eighth deal of 2021

What happened. Strikepoint Group Holdings acquired Paradise Air, Inc., a Largo residential HVAC contractor founded in 2010 by Jill and Tim O'Connell serving Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Tim O'Connell said 'Like Strikepoint, we've built our business by treating each customer as a family member,' and CEO Charlie Haines said SGH was 'happy to bring Paradise Air into the Strikepoint family of brands.' The brand was retained. SGH described itself as a 1987-founded, Newark, Delaware-headquartered operator active in nine states at the time. Terms were not disclosed.
