Turner Pest Control acquires Impact Pest Elimination of Sarasota and Tampa
What happened. Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, acquired Impact Pest Elimination, founded in 1985 by Frank and Cynthia Miller with offices in Sarasota, Tampa and Tarpon Springs serving five counties. It was Turner's sixth southwest Florida deal and ninth nationally in 2021. Frank Miller said joining Turner would give customers the latest pest control technology; Turner president Paul Drewry said both companies emphasized the safest, most effective service. The Potomac Company represented Impact.
