CCMP-owned BGIS buys Pasco County's Millian-Aire Enterprises

What happened. BGIS, the global facilities-management firm owned by New York private equity firm CCMP Capital, acquired Millian-Aire Enterprises, a Pasco County commercial and residential HVAC company founded in 1993 by Howard Millian and his father Mike Millian with more than 100 employees. Co-CEOs Howard and Susan Millian said they 'needed a large strategic partner to help us grow to a whole new level' and had 'demand well beyond our ability to handle.' Hyde Park Capital advised the sellers and predicted the combination would become 'a dominant HVAC and facilities management company.' Terms were not disclosed.
