Southeastern Home Services acquired Pro-Team Plumbing, a Lakeland plumbing contractor founded in 2017 by Jeff Oeschger with 84 employees, serving homebuilders and homeowners across the Tampa, Orlando and Lakeland markets. CEO Tom Birchard cited Pro-Team's 'stellar reputation with homebuilders and homeowners,' and Oeschger said the platform could help 'take it to the next level.'
