Strikepoint buys Bradenton's Mr. AC and folds it into the Elite brand
What happened. Strikepoint Group Holdings acquired Mr. AC Cooling & Heating, a residential and commercial HVAC company founded in 2015 by Andy Naylor serving Manatee County, Sarasota and Bradenton. Naylor said he chose to partner with Strikepoint 'to take the business and our employees to the next level.' Strikepoint's own announcement states Mr. AC operates under SGH's Elite Heating & Air brand, making this a documented brand consolidation rather than brand retention. It was SGH's 24th acquisition since September 2020; terms were not disclosed.
