L Catterton-backed LTP Home Services Group acquires Tampa's Acree

What happened. LTP Home Services Group, the Len The Plumber parent acquired by L Catterton from Thompson Street Capital Partners eleven months earlier, acquired Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric of Tampa. Founded in 1967 and bought by Victor Trino in 1989, Acree had added plumbing in 2019 and electrical in 2021 under president Michael Trino, serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota counties. LTP CEO Jeff Cooper called Acree 'the preeminent home services company in the Tampa area, with a market leading position in HVAC and plumbing.' Hyde Park Capital advised the sellers. Terms were not disclosed and brand plans were not addressed.
