Air Pros Solutions files Chapter 11 and breaks itself into six sales
What happened. Air Pros Solutions filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia and simultaneously announced entry into six separate transactions to sell all of its business units as going concerns under Section 363, with the proposed buyers acting as stalking-horse bidders subject to court-supervised auctions. The company secured $20 million of new financing from its existing lender. Air Pros served metro areas in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Washington, having expanded rapidly after taking strategic growth financing from Peak Rock Capital in September 2021.
