Skyline Roofing Partners acquires Clearwater's John Hogan Roofing

What happened. Skyline Roofing Partners acquired John Hogan Roofing, a Clearwater residential roofing contractor established in 1996, in the same March 2025 announcement as Classic Roofing & Construction. The two Clearwater businesses were Skyline's second and third acquisitions after Jacksonville-based Elo Roofing. Jake Babbitt continued as owner/operator with a minority stake. Financial terms were not disclosed and both brands continued operating under their own names.
