What happened. A to B Roofing Partners, a Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. multi-brand roofing platform backed by Sea Sweet Capital, announced an acquisition partnership with RoofingCo of America (RCA) of St. Petersburg. RCA, co-owned by managing partners Trevor Bennett and Shawn Henry, keeps its name and leadership team while gaining platform capital and operational support. Sea Sweet managing partner and co-founder Jeremy Christopher said the deal 'was driven by alignment rather than scale alone,' citing RCA's culture and integrity. Terms were not disclosed.
