Skybound adds Bradenton's Unicoat Industrial Roofing in three-company deal
What happened. Skybound, the commercial roofing platform backed by Garnett Station Partners, announced three simultaneous acquisitions: Unicoat Industrial Roofing of Bradenton (founded 2000), David M. Maines & Associates of Lewistown, Pa. and Technique Roofing Systems of Helena, Ohio. The additions brought Skybound to five partner companies across nine U.S. branches, with new market launches in Houston, Dallas, Birmingham and Chicago. CEO Joe Dougherty credited 'the strength of our excellent team and partner companies' and a long-term partnership model. Terms were not disclosed.
