What happened. Tampa-headquartered Environmental Pest Service acquired Unique Pest Control of New Port Richey, a commercial pest control operator that had served shopping centers and retailers for more than 30 years. EPS VP of operations and sales Michael Rolman called it one of the first acquisitions that would grow the company statewide and strengthen its commercial division. The accounts were initially managed from Arrow Environmental Services' Sarasota branch before being distributed across Arrow and Bug Out Service locations.
