What happened. Massey Services acquired PestAgon Termite & Pest Management, Inc., a Sarasota commercial and residential pest control company founded by entomologist Ray Buchko and operating for nearly 25 years. Chairman and CEO Harvey Massey said PestAgon fit because of its reputation for honest, quality service and a company culture closely matching Massey's own, and credited Buchko with building a substantial customer base.
