Conditioned Air acquires Honest Air Conditioning of Venice

What happened. Naples-based Conditioned Air acquired Honest Air Conditioning of Venice, extending its footprint north into Sarasota County. Honest Air continued to operate as a division under its existing name. Conditioned Air president and CEO Tim M. Dupre called it 'a great partnership as our two companies share the same core values,' while Honest Air president Nicholas J. Masher said the deal would give the business 'more access to employee training programs to ensure that we have the best technicians in the market.' Conditioned Air said the acquired business would gain updated dispatching software, expanded technician training, larger service fleet inventory and improved purchasing power. Terms were not disclosed. It was the second Sarasota County HVAC contractor to sell in 2019, after Allied Cooling & Heating in April.
